With Tuesday’s two-way sync HubSpot integration, you can easily import companies / people list into Tuesday for data enrichment, and send data enrichments to your HubSpot records.
Popular use cases:
- Automatic CRM Enrichment: Daily synchronization of companies and people from HubSpot to Tuesday, with automatic AI enrichment for contact and company fields (e.g. phone numbers, company description, …), then pushing the enhanced data back to HubSpot
- Generate AI email messages: Find leads in Tuesday, generate AI email messages, and push the messages as contact fields into HubSpot contacts to send automatic emails

Import Contacts/Companies from HubSpot
To import Contacts or Companies from your HubSpot account, please follow these steps:
- Go to your Tuesday workspace: https://app.tuesday.so
- Click on
New worksheetbutton
- Select
Import from HubSpot
- Follow the instructions on screen
Push enrichment data to HubSpot
To push data fields into HubSpot, follow these steps:
- Open / setup the worksheet which contains the contact / company info that you want to push into HubSpot (e.g. “personalized sales email” worksheet which contains email message and email subject)
- From the left-hand side Quick Actions menu, select
HubSpot
- This will create a new column with
HubSpottype
- From the side panel that opens, connect your HubSpot account
- For Action, select Create or Update Contact if you’re updating a contact; select Create or Update Company if you’re updating a company in HubSpot
- Add the data fields from your current worksheet, which you wish to push into HubSpot
For contacts, you must provide the contact email address as a column in this worksheet; for companies, you must provide company website domain as a column in this worksheet. These fields serve as unique identifiers for HubSpot to make sure the right record is updated.
